The CPIP has been released. Go to http://www.clubpenguin.com/cpip/ and sign up to be a test penguin. The link is in blogroll, which we moved to the top of the right column.

P.S. You get 20,000 coins on your test penguin account to use. (not on your main penguin)
If you are confused, this is how to sign up.
1st, click on the eye scanner as shown below.

Finally, put your real penguin info in, and press submit.
